Fresh fruit salad

Fresh fruit salad

Servings 4

Ingredients

  • When the child chews well it can also eat the family's fresh fruit salad. Choose berries and fruits that are in season.
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 slice honeydew melon
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange fresh strawberries and blueberries
  • a little orange juice if necessary.
  • 1-2 dl Greek yogurt 2% fat

Instructions

  • Rinse and peel all the fruits and cut them into small pieces, adapted to the child's age and ability to chew.
  • Mix them in a serving bowl.
  • Pour a little freshly squeezed orange juice or juice over it to avoid browning the apple pieces.
  • Serve the fruit salad in small bowls.
  • Top each serving with a little Greek yogurt.

Notes

You can serve other fruits to taste, such as pear, paradise apple or mango. You should serve the fruit salad freshly made - it tastes best. Refrigerate until ready to eat. If you use boiled fruit, it can stay in the fridge for a few days.
