Spread some extra virgin olive oil or butter on the baby's bread. 4-6 eggs. 2 tablespoons wheat flour. approx. ½ dl milk. a little butter and oliveoil for frying. Beat eggs, flour and milk together into a dough without lumps. Heat two pans on the stove and add a little fat. The egg pancake browns best in a mixture of butter and oil. Now pour a little of the egg mass onto each pan. You need to bake 2 large and 2 smaller egg pancakes. Fry the egg pancakes as usual pancakes, ie. on both sides. They should be rather thin. Fold the egg pancakes and serve them on a platter.
