2tablespoonsfish sauce or soy sauce 250 g fine peas from frost

Possibly guacamole.
Instructions
Cut the meat into strips of approx. ½ × ½ cm and 3 cm long.
Cut the spring onions into slices.
Cut the carrots into cubes approx. 1 x 1 cm.
Saute spring onions and carrots briefly in the oil in a pan.
Add broth, coconut milk, turmeric, lime juice and sugar.
Let the soup cook over low heat for 5 minutes under a lid.
Add the meat and let the ham strips cook for 3-4 minutes.
Taste the soup with fish sauce and possibly. a little coarse salt and pepper. 6. Add the peas and bring to the boil.
Cut the baby's meat into small pieces.
Serve wholemeal bread for the soup.
Give the child guacamole or extra virgin oliveoil on the bread.
Notes
You can taste the soup with freshly grated ginger. You can also add a little finely chopped garlic. You can use chicken instead of ham. Cut it into cubes and let it cook for 5-8 minutes.
