Ingredients

unsprayed lemon
juice and peel

minced chicken
or turkey

tablespoon
wheat flour
2
eggs
2
dl
milk
2
tablespoons
olive oil
½
teaspoon
salt and pepper
Instructions
Peel the onions and chop them finely - or grate them on a grater.
Grate the lemon peel finely. Squeeze the juice out with a lemon squeezer.
Put the minced chicken in a large bowl and stir it together with the lemon, onion, wheat flour, eggs and milk. Use an electric whisk.
Season the mince with salt and pepper.
Let the mince soak in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Put a pan on the stove with olive oil and heat it up.
Shape the mince into meatballs and fry them on the pan for approx. 3 minutes on each side over medium heat until golden.
